Visa approved!!! Frustrating, stressful and at times angering! At each step of the process I communicated with TSC, NVC and even the US Embassy in Manila.  My wife is sleeping peacefully ton

Received the approval letter today, but got approved january 3! Glory to God! Pd march 3 2017. I hope and pray for everyone waiting to get their approvals soon too, God bless us all! ❤❤

- 3 cases on Dec 23 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 29 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 2 cases on Jan 9 sent to DOS

- 4 cases on Jan 12 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 1 case on Jan 12 sent to DOS

- 3 cases on Jan 23 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Jan 24 was Received at Local Office

- 3 cases on Jan 24 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Jan 27 sent to DOS

- 2 cases on Feb 2 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Feb 6 sent to DOS

- 2 cases on Feb 8 sent to DOS

- 4 cases on Feb 9 sent to DOS

- 4 cases on Feb 10 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Feb 13 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 6 cases on Feb 17 sent to DOS

 

Note that the date of the cases are case RECEIVED dates, not NOA1 date. I'm getting very excited. Very good news on a Friday (Asia time):jest:

I have a app on my android phone and the phone vibrates/gives me notifcation when a similar case is approved. Its been doing that like crazy today lol

I saw one March 8 2017 case approved on August 1st.

That's where I saw a March 8th 2017 case approved  too

I was hoping I run out of cases for update on the list as i followed cases up to Feb 17 only!!!!

We are very very close! With or without beneficiary BC :P

BREAKING NEWS! I got my approval (NOA 2) yesterday in the snail mail. Here the specifics of my case:

-Service Center: Texas

-PD: Feb 10

-Approval Date (NOA2): July 28 (took 168 days) 

-RFE: None (marriage certificate from the US, which I think it's why they didn't ask for birth certificates) 

-Got NOA 2 in the snail mail (No website updates, no email, no text message)

Any other beginning of January filers left? I'm feeling pretty stranded right now. Jan 9 filer. No news from USCIS. Called them back on 7/14 and still no word from them. This has become a master class in patience that I feel like I'm getting a C in! Hoping that the NVC process goes a lot faster for everyone who has already been approved.

Checked the egov website and case has been sent to DOS :)

Haven't received the notification by mail yet

No text notification received

PD date:  Feb 7

USC

Didn't include beneficiary's birth certificate in the I130 package

SA marriage certificate

Congratulations to everyone that got approval. It seems am the only Dec left to be approved PD 15/12/2016. Sad🙃🙃
