NVC Process flow with Instructions

I've received my NOA 2 and I've been doing a lot of research on the NVC process and documents required.

I put together an entire checklist and instructional while waiting for a case # to be assigned so thought I would share for others who might have experienced the same questions I did about the process.

 

It's geared towards London consulate and the petitioner as the sole sponsor but hope this helps others going through the painful waiting process!

Thanka! I took stuff from forums and other guides since there were so many so I can't take all the credit but seems like the timelines have changed so much and a lot of the consulate instructions as well!

 

hope you have a cc soon'!  By the way, did you include additional evidence of bona fire relationship with your IV packet or are you going to bring it to the interview? I hear a lot of people frontload their packets also but wasn't sure if that was confusion because they thought proof of relationship meant relationship evidence .

Oh congrats! Let me know how the interview goes!  Out of curiosity, approximately how long did it take you from noa2 to interview date?

Hey!  We filed the petition March 10th 2016 and got the NOA July 27th 2016 so around 4 months.  After being sent to the NVC the case was completed on March 10th 2017 (a year to the date we first filed the petition you may notice!) and I had my interview date in London scheduled 3 days later. Pretty quick!  So by time I have my interview it will be from start to finish 13 months. I'm so grateful to be near the end!  

 

Best of luck with yours. In fact it doesn't take luck, just be super organised and thorough with what you provide them (don't do more than you're supposed to) and you will be just fine.

@JessieABC thank you so much nope, we didn't include any bonafide evidence, will be bringing it to the interview. Will just bring as much as i can  follow the link you shared on how to organize  files

Hello. When I tried opening up the check list it's giving me an error. Any other way I can see the list?
