I just called USCIS and rep said that they are working on cases from December 9th 2016 as of today in Nebraska....So for us March 2017 filers another 3 months to get anything. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I am more relaxed about the process now, at the beginning I was all stressed thinking ahead but now I just take it as it comes. Other than completing our paperwork correctly we have no control over the process. I still check my timeline and USCIS website but I am not stressed by it. I expect NOA2 around Christmas and if it's earlier it will be a bonus.

Maybe it's easier for me because my wife and I are together in Ireland and we are currently planning a holiday in the US for Thanksgiving and Christmas with my wifes parents.

USCIS website just updated the processing times today. Nebraska started working on applications from Dec. 9th as of July 31st.  So I am assuming they are processing January or Feb. now..Let's hope we hear something soon.

I just checked and for TSC, they are processing applications for March 2017, but for permanent residents.  Why are the petitions for US citizens still 3 months behind?  My PD is March 9 yet I keep seeing other people approved with PD later than mine?

My guess is that there are more USC applying for their spouses/children/parents than permanent residents

I think best way to know if this is true is ask the people from here who got approved already from TSC

I see a lot of March PD in TSC in here that got approved already. If they are reading this post, hopefully they can comment if they are permanent resident or us citizen. :)

People approved from march are you guys residents or citizens?? We see on the processing times that TSC is approving march applications it says residents.. im a citizen and my PD is march 27 and havent received anything. Curious if residents are being approved first since it says citizens cases are still being processed since dec 2016.
