Hello I started files on January got the receipt on January 27 2017. Now still in process of waiting been a long time. I check my case status it still saying same thing case was on January 27 2017. Now is almost September

NOA2 Approved!  PD March 10th  Approval Dec 12th  Arrived Dec 16th  (Nebraska Service Center)   I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Christmas present imaginable...

What service center is processing your case? Let me guess, NEBRASKA!!!

Omg I just check yes it Nebraska. =(. How long will it be almost 200 days already

Mar-21-2017 - NOA1 Priority date & Case assigned to Nebraska Service Center 

Dec-15-2017 - NOA2 I-130 approved

Jan-08-2018 -  NVC received

Jan-17-2018 - Received DS-261 AOS bill

Jan-17-2018 - Paid DS-261 AOS bill & submit 

Jan-26-2018 - Received IV bill

Jan-27-2018 - Paid IV bill

Feb-10-2018 - Send IV package

Feb-13-2018 - Scan Date

Feb-27-2018 - NVC Case Complete

Mar-17-2018   Receive interview date for April, St Patrick's Day good day to be Irish

Apr-17-2018    Interview at Dublin Embassy 

Apr-17-2018    Interview completed now in AP pending submitting other paperwork

Apr-25-2018    Additional information provided as requested 

May-09-2018   Visa approved, CEAC status changed to "Issued"

May-11-2018   Passport returned along with envelope for border control. 

Sep-18-2018    Entry through US Precleance Dublin, no problems at all.

 

Aug-27-2021   N400 for citizenship based on 3 year rule filed electronically

Aug-27-2021   NOA1 application received

Oct-02-2021    Notification of biometrics date

Oct-26-2021    Biometrics 

Jul-27-2022     Interview Raleigh NC, passed and same day oath

I pray that's not true either , but at the rate Nebraska is moving and how they are working on December Filers right now .. for you i guess you'll hear something in November - December, 

and for me ( PD :  April 3rd )  will be mid- December to late January .. :crying:: 

 

but let's hope before some miracle happens and they transfer bunch of files to Different service centers . or something

Hi Fellow Nebraska sufferers... I see some of you are saying Nebraska is up to December, but I still see 26 Nov on the Processing times chart. Where are you getting Dec from?

 

Our PD is 27 March. Feels like the eternal wait.

Simply because they processed Nov. as of June 30th and the last update for those dates was August 16th..look on the top and the bottom right of that table. Good luck

Thanks - I still don't really get it. How can we assume they're in December, vs say January? 

 

I've been consulting the top/bottom but can deduce no further than as of the last update in June, they hadn't progressed past Nov 26 to update.

No updates received yet. It's so annoying to be waiting for that long but hopefully by the end of this month they gonna update us .

NOA1: March. 31, 2017 - Potomac Service Center

NOA2: Aug. 31, 2017 - 156 days

Sent to NVC: Sept. 4, 2017

NVC received: Sept. 8, 2017

Case # and IIN obtained: Sept. 22, 2017

AOS fee paid: Nov. 15, 2017

IV fee paid: Nov. 15, 2017

AOS & IV packet sent: Nov. 20, 2017

AOS & IV packet received: Nov. 24, 2017

Scan date: Nov. 28, 2017

CC: Jan. 8, 2017

Interview date: April. 5, 2018 

interview result: Approved 

entered the USA: April. 20th 2018

Some people like my self posted their timelines on this site, called igor's list (you haven't set your timeline up yet) and they update every step of their process. Some December filers were approved/received RFE which means the center is reviewing them. Please take a look at the following link.
