I think it's just randomness. Who knows what goes on in that USCIS office. I am a British Citizen, squeaky clean record, fiance is a physician, who constantly need background checks anyway for medical practice reasons. UK is also apparently supposed to be good mates with the US and we are still waiting for NOA2 (3/16 NOA1) ... so not just you. 120days today and not a single sign of an NOA2 to come. Fiance even signed up for informed USPS delivery (since the USCIS tracker doesn't work) .. that way at least she can check every morning what mail will arrive and we don't have to wait every evening for her to get off work.

I get the same call from her everyday, No mail ... it is frustrating

It is very frustrating and not suppose to be random.  I was never the one for patience lol. So I have been calling and speaking to all tiers within USCIS and they keep force feeding the same lines.  So that's why I reached out to the senator and next congress. I am a by the book person and I don't want to annoy them but it is not fair that they are not sticking to their own regulations and causing others to suffer in so many ways.  I was hoping more ppl would write to their senators and representatives to shed light on this agency because it isn't right. The money it costs and time it takes to even prepare for this means that they should be considerate of all applicants.  Figure out a better system to make it work. I signed up for informed delivery and the electronic notification and have received nothing. I would say hang in there but I am a fighter so I am going to keep pressing till something is done about this. But I feel your pain.

And what's worse is we tell our foreign fiance's that "the estimated time is such and such" and the time comes and goes and we look like we don't know what we are talking about. Its pretty hard to plan a life together when we are talking about months difference between estimated times and the reality of when these applications are processed. Government inefficiency at its best.

Out of the alien fiancé sight: You're right. The planning is a pain... it's stressful and annoying to deassemble a life and mainly a household (with limits for quitting and stuff) without any clue of a date.

You are not alone here. Hang in!

There are a lot of couples here waiting for approval with dates prior March 15. Ours received date is March 13th and notice is as of March 16th.

Just try to overcome every new day by making yourself super busy! ;)

Soon approval will appear in your mail! ;)

I kept saying the March filers must have a spell on... first the tracker isn't working anymore, then the first long silence in beginning June, and now again... :(
