CONGRATS!!!

What was your answer about when you guys are getting married?

I'm always curious how people answer that given nobody knows the outcomes for sure, and it seems like people don't plan their weddings until after they get their visas in hand :)

We got an exact wedding plans in place before even having our noa2. We are planning on handling over our wedding invitation to the consul on her interview if they ask for it. 😁 After all this, AOS next. Maybe we will be following new thread for sure.

November 17th should be enough time between getting my visa and flying over around beginning of September 😁

There is only one appointment available for the interview and it's August 17. That's 12 days away. I wouldn't be able to make it since some of my documents including the police certificate from Australia are not ready yet. Also, I haven't even make an appointment for my medical examination.

There are no available dates on September and October. My petition expires on October. Anyone have similar experience? What about you @KULtoATL?

I just finished my medical on Friday August 4th. My visa interview is on August 24th. Last I saw on the system, they have already opened the interview slots in September. October will only probably be opened in September. Just in case you do not have enough time, make sure you contact the embassy to ask them to extend your NOA2 validity :)

A gentle reminder, your medical appointment should be at least 2 weeks before your visa interview date. They take around 10 days to have the medical report ready. If you wanna play safe, make the medical 3 weeks before.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

@AnJ Co and @Estibaliz

Awe I was so pleases when I saw your posts! You both made me smile :)

Thank you so much for keeping an eye on me :)

I'm here, recently just lurking. Its so hard to say anything or participate in discussions when you see a lot of approval аround but yours.

It became really tough to handle this so I decided to stand still, keep myself as busy as possible so that not to think about this waiting line.

I was so scary to see that someone got an approval after 6 months of waiting.

145 days as of received date for us already. Keep on waiting and trying to believe in the best! ;)

Yep, I thought that might be what you were doing, and I have to say it's pretty understandable. You have to do whatever works best for you :)

You are missed, but hopefully you can be back soon telling everyone how you finally got your NOA2

Best wishes and best of luck!
