After 15 weeks of waiting and annoying the supervisors for the entire 15th week, I get a checklist because apparently, we didn't sent them the correct "full" marriage certificate. So we have to obtain that, and send it in. More waiting. Figures.

What a great feeling.

Sorry to hear this, i know the feeling and it truly is terrible.  the only positive is at least having a decision and being able to work toward it.

When i got the checklist I was distraught but a part of me was happy for the "release" of not knowing.  I then took the opportunity to book a visit to New Zealand and spend a nice vacation with the hubby, something I wouldn't have otherwise done.  And I used that ticket as proof of financial stress when I contacted my Congressman.  in my case, I ended up seeing my husband earlier than if we had gotten case complete (although of course, for only a limited time).

Just some ideas to lessen the burden, i know its painful.

Same thing happened with me. I forgot to send the URDU Marriage certificate. I Sent that right away in 2 days. They scanned it on 26th January and I'm still waiting. 23rd will finish the 8 weeks process and then I'll call again.

I was wondering about that too tbh. I don't know if supervisor review really means much because from what I see they are trying to process them based on our scan dates. For instance, few weeks ago I knew my cousin was going to get CC that very week as someone here said they had their CC and had a scan date of December 8th hers was December 9th.

I just feel like supervisor review is just to calm us down " yeah .. someone is going to look at your case soon as its past the turnaround time " but in reality they are still going by our actual scan dates. When I called it took the girl on the phone 2 seconds to FLAG for supervisor review. I was like thats it ?

I could be wrong. But, thats what my opinion is based off of what I see around here. Flag for supervisor review or not doesn't matter. Have seen cases get CC without the review.

When you get CC, I would know I am next in line.

likewise.. i feel like i won't be checking if i have 3 N/A's for the meantime, my heart is really breaking  seeing PAID..

i hope we will get ours CC soon @Zebracakex
