I wrote about Tinder, attached screenshots from the first messages. Then attached screenshots from after the first date. We didn't take any pictures together until way later (like who takes pictures with people they just started dating? creepy). I included all the photos we ever took... which is literally 6, I don't have any more. But one of them is in front of the White House, shouldn't that count as 100 now? :) I don't know what else to add. I literally lived at his place in the US for months, while still paying for mine. How can I prove it, other than FB chat, texts and calls?

I included details of my J1 visa proving I was there for quite a while, plane tickets...

I would just try to produce any (and all) evidence that you were in the same city as him in the last 2 years. Did you rent an apartment? Get a speeding ticket? Take a class? All that related info would have dates and addresses on it. A bank should still have your account information - they are required by law to keep it for 3 years (IRS is no joke). I'm just trying to think of anything that might at least show you two were in the same city in the last two years and be retrievable from abroad.... With my application, USCIS accepted hotel receipts and plane tickets to show meeting in the last 2 years  - but really, all that evidence showed was that I went to Poland, not that I saw her. I didnt include any photographs and my explanation of meeting was "we met in a bar" which is the truth. So I guess USCIS is just looking for proof that you could have been in each other's vicinity in the last two years. Good luck!

Yes. Its been 16 days since the NOA2, so not too worried yet. Where are you in the process?

Have you called NVC to get new case number? You should be able to get that so that you can estimate your interview date and start do medical exam before the packet arrive.

I filed on November 11. Got first email notification on November 23. On January 11, I got my first NOA 1 letter, receipt fee. I checked online case status. It said, “On March 1, 2017, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number XXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.” It look like I just got my NOA 2. Now waiting for NOA 2 mail?

Congrats.. We still dont have yet. Hopefully this week we have approval

Sorry to hear that you get rfe. Its ok.. As long as you give the docs that they need. Your fine. And just wait for your approval again. At least you know that your case is moving.

Trust and believe -- we know how it feels! Waiting is the worst part.

We just got our NVC # assigned today, so it will happen. They're just very slow with some, it seems.

That's awesome good luck!

Maybe they need your boarding pass copy or visa stamps? Maybe somebody with noa2 will say what kind of evidence of meeting in person they attached? We attached couple pictures, original of my boarding pass that I used to come to USA and copies of all my visas and stamps from my passport when I was crossing border from 2years. But we are still waiting on noa2 so I don't know if it is right.

I included my return boarding pass.

Well I was studying at a University 15 minutes away from both his home and his workplace, and I sent them my DS-2019 to prove it. They have addresses of where I lived in the US and all of his addresses because it's all in the i-129f... I don't have any leases because I was subletting at all times, but my Uni hadto pass my whereabouts to the gov everytime I moved so they can see that everything matches.

I even included my I-94. He drove me to the airport. We left the car at JFK and took a subway to Central Park (which took almost 1,5h) stayed there for an hour, had a slice of disgusting NYC pizza, took another 1,5h subway back and I almost missed my plane. Having to prove all of that makes me feel like I made it all up.

I have been calling the NVC every few days for the past week.  Every time I have called, they have told me to try back later.  Today, however, the NVC employee who answered the phone was genuinely puzzled as to why she couldn't find our receipt number in the system.  She kept checking, re-checking, putting me on hold, trying one more thing, and reading our case number back to me to make sure she had it right (she did this multiple times).  The good news: If you were approved on February 16th, the NVC probably has your case.  The bad news: Ours isn't there.  Part of me thinks our case will be coming in the next batch.  The other part of me fears they have lost it somehow.  Anyway, if you were approved on February 16th, definitely give the NVC a call today.

Just read through the last few pages of this thread and saw that lots of other 2/16 people haven't received theirs either.  So. . . maybe the California Service Center just hasn't forwarded them yet.  At least the NVC employee I talked to today thought it was going slowly too!
