NOTE: I removed "final status" cases (Approved, Rejected, Denied, etc.) from my list today. I also added a little over 1,100 Dec. filers. As such, the  unworked cases table above will have funky numbers...there's more unworked cases today than yesterday since I added so many new cases.

Thanks for your dedication. Can you give me some clarity, please? My NOA1 has Nov 22nd as the received date and Nov 28th as the notice date.  So, on your report, which date should I follow for my case?

It looks like from my case that WAC is your service center 17 is the year and the next 3 are the numbers of the first date listed where everyone looks to see when their case was touched (but with day then month), because mine is 901 and January 9th is my last touched.  After that I think it's probably just sequential.  Does that sound right @geowrian?

Mine is also 901 and I filed 12/1. :) Everything after the fiscal year (FY) portion is just sequential...there are 0 gaps in my scan data and I covered changes in at least the last 7 digits of a case number. If the numbers after that had any meaning, I would have seen gaps as it switched days or something.

For VJ timeline purposes, go by the Notice Date. In my report, it would be the Received Date (give or take a day...sometimes the USCIS website shows a business day difference for some reason).

It means there are more unworked cases on those dates than the previous scan. This is due to adding over 1,100 Dec. I-129Fs to my scan yesterday. They shouldn't appear normally.

Hello All,

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to receive an answer after an RFE and submitting the proper documentation?

Based on the data I've collected, it's about a week after they mark it as received.

VJ timeframe estimate for NOA2 was adjusted pushing it further back. I know it's a fluid number based on input from other members but damn that sucks.
