You can just copy the pictures into a word document and print. We had multiple images on one page with a description underneath

Probably that is what they need. The photos. Because they might think that even if you boarded and all but they need to see that you both saw each other. :angry: Frustrating but at least you know they already touched your case. ?? and you'll soon get your approval. :)

So what I did was, I've created the album. I've used about 15 color developed photos, for example when we were in church, when we went out to see the city where my fiance grew up, conservative type photos, smiling, hugging and such. I wrote on the back of each photo when and where we were at the time. Then I've used a transparent 8.5x11" sleeve and taped 3 to 4 pictures inside each. I've also included pictures of any relatives that we visited as an additional proof. Its just easier for them to review. The person that helped us put together petition said they don't need ton of pictures, just the ones important to you and your fiance, none of those overly exposed pictures "sexy" pictures.

@llaz I feel much frustating also :( .... My NOA1 is from 17/nov

Maybe today is our day... I really hope so! :(
My fiancee and mother were convinced I was overreacting when I told them that calling the USCIS would not help and all they were going to say was "your application is within normal processing times" and that they are "working on September 16th cases. So I called to appease them both, and what did the lady at USCIS say? Exactly, word for word, what I told them she was going to say. I called them both crying because I'm just so done with this situation and I don't want to call the USCIS, and they both apologized and said they should have just listened to me.

Okay so I received my RFE today and it's asking for proof that we have met in person, but I already provided them with that proof of my passport, boarding pass etc..should I just submit it all over again!!

I would include that again just in case they lost it, but it's also possible they are looking for something else more verifiable. Unfortunately, there is no way to know which one it is, and they won't give you another chance to provide proof after the RFE. So...overwhelm them. :D

What exactly did you send for proof of meeting within the past 2 years? I bolded that last section because many times people forget about it in their evidence because they were there - they know it's in the last 2 years. But for somebody else who never saw it before, they may not be able to say with certainty that the evidence proves the two people were at the same spot within 2 years ago.

We provided a bunch of photos and printed out screen shots of photos we jointly posted on Facebook. Good luck!

That's good relationship evidence (and I included several myself), but it is only secondary proof for evidence of meeting in person within the past 2 years. Primary evidence are things that, to many, don't have a whole lot of meaning but better show the meeting within the past 2 years...like flight itineraries, hotel invoices, etc.

Government departments can be so frustrating.  I don't understand why we just can't scan them to email and send them electronically.

I work in IT and I'm 100% for not just document capture and imagining (which they do), but also online forms. That said, it's a disruption to there services in the meantime (getting it built, tested, verified, people trained, bug fixes and new features necessary after launch, etc.) and costs money, so those are factors as well. In the long run, it would likely make things better and faster, but getting there is always a hard sell. :( I worked heavily with document imaging companies over the past decade, and have been converting paper forms to web forms since middle school (not kidding...I still have the invoices!). that said, doing something like this with USCIS is made more difficult not just by the sheer scale of it all, but also because sometimes they need to see the physical documents as well to verify them...and I don't know if even they know which papers that would apply to until they need it.

At least one compelling reason for not using email is because email is not secure. These forms and associated documents necessary include vast amounts of  PII data, which government agencies are required by law to handle and secure in specific ways. They would have to go through a secure front end to meet those requirements. I know they do sometimes take stuff via fax for expedites and such (which isn't secure), but those are more of exceptions to the rule where they could get a slap on the hand by auditors upon review.

It's a challenge, but I 100% agree.

Actually, thats a good point.  Our situation was a little difference, as we were already in a relationship here before he had to move back to the US.  Flight itineraries are definitely needed.

Guys I have a question as you are talking about flight tickets, and I see that the thread is very active and a lot of smart users are here. I am February filer (beneficiary) and I was in US when we send our petition to Uscis, but now I am back to my country. We filled the part of I-129F Form, which asked for my I-94 number and claimed that I am currently is US, which was truth because I was at the moment of filing. But they probably wont look at the petition until later, so my question is if we should send them my boarding passes as a proof that I left USA? Can that be a reason to RFE? Because my visa was valid until Feb25 and I came back on Feb20 so they may think I am still there, or maybe they can just check online by my I-94 number and check that I left already? What you think?
