For .Anyone worry about their time in NVC, what I notice on DHL site is that NVC is packaging applications and sending it in bunch to countries that gets lot of petitions. found some packages 2 lbs going to Taiwan, like mine, and 1.6 lbs going to Havana, but for example Philipines,Mexico packages are send with weight  of  15 -20 Lbs , have a dought that it would be one application weight 20 lbs . ( or someone just have a lot of relationship evidence  :) ) Not sure if this is useful to anyone. (So sometimes it will take some time to bunch it all together )

Welcome!

If I *only* count November, I see roughly 1450 untouched cases. Keep in mind there's been a lot of RFEs lately, but generally we've been seeing the "untouched" count down by around 100 per day (sometimes well less, sometimes well more).

That would put USCIS on a pace of about 14 business days +/- to have all of the November cases adjudicated. :D

Yup. That said, I'll just be blunt that it's unlikely for that to be a reality. From what I've read, they will cover 90+% of the applications by the time they are mostly pulling from the following month. Some cases take longer for some reasons, have slow workers, etc. So they will very likely start hitting Dec. filers in less than 14 business days.

Considering the illogical manner in which they flow, I have to agree. Nevertheless, we will get to the end of this part EVENTUALLY!!!!!    Truly, it is in God's hands.

We were both a second marriage too - but that didn't seem to hold us up.  I think it is just that random "we're working on November now - all different bits of it" luck of the draw as to whether your case is in the right pile.

Interesting, I suppose that throws my idea out the window. I was trying to find some rhyme or reason for the hold up. :) Seems Nov 3rd person needs some help..

Dear USCIS,
Please tell Nov 3rd person to find a coworker to help start working a bit faster on their petitions.

Lol!
