05/06/20    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by UPS. 

05/08/20    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by UPS.

05/11/20  - Debit Card Charged.

05/14/20    - NOA date ( I called USCIS to get my receipt number no text or email received)

07/27/21-     Biometrics taken

Would like to thanks everyone who share information on this thread. It is very helpful for me.

My husband mailed  I-130 on 01/23/17

I-130 received on 1/27/2017

His Text messages contain SRC which is I guess Texas Service Center.

We are still waiting for NOA1 Hard copy.

I-130 received on 1/20/2017

waiting for NOA1

Did you receive a text message from USCIS on 20th or, do you get this date from usps tracking? I have sent mine on 25th, usps tracking website is saying delivered on 27th, waiting, for text.:( how much time the text from USCIS takes?

About a week or two. Remember business days.

Met 6/21/15 Online

Married since February 29th 2016 In the Netherlands (Where she is from)

6/12/16 - Preparing to send packet to USCIS

6/27/16 - Sent Package to Chicago lock-box via UPS

7/5/16 - NOA1 Text/Email / sent to Potomac (Hardcopy 7/10/16)

8/3/16 - NOA 2 I-130 Approved! Case sent to NVC! (Hardcopy 8/6/16)

8/19/16 to 9/4/16 - Visited wife for two weeks in NL. =}

9/1/16 - NVC Case and invoice # received. (Email) Finished DS260 and Paid AOS Fee.

9/8/16 - IV Fee Paid!

9/16/16 - DS260 Finished!

9/27/16 - Sent Documents to NVC.

11/21/16 - Called NVC. Case reviewed and accepted on 11/18. Waiting for email/mail.

11/28/16 - Got Email stating we are now waiting for an interview spot!

12/11/16 - Got the interview date! 1/12/17!

1/12/17 - ...ACCEPTED SHE IS NOW WAITING FOR HER PASSPORT IN THE MAIL! =]

1/18/17 - Passport and visa in her hands! We now wait till 2/24 for her to fly to me! (Has to finish work contract)

2/24/17 - She is now here with me! POE was simple,she only took 10 minutes with them checking her visa! "Welcome to America,missus"

3/15/17 - SSN Card Received.

4/10/17 - Greencard Received.

 

Preparing I-751 (ROC)

11/26/18 - I-751 Prepared and mailed out.

11/27/18 - UPS Confirmed Delivery at 10:30AM

12/3/18 - Checks cashed and got Email/Text With Receipt #

01/3/19 - Extension letter received.

Hi

Does anyone have any idea when I might get NOA2 for my wife's I-130 application, I am a US citizen and I applied for my wife on last September 26, 2016 as per NOA1 date, i applied from NYC so i suppose my application went to Vermont Service center and there isnt' updated since November 30

I-130 mailed on 9/21/2016

I-130 received on 1/26/2016

NOA1 date 1/26/2016

 

waiting on NOA2 approval note/mail/update

hi, ours was sent dec 15, also Potomac - my husband called and they say they have tons of backlogs waiting time 5-6months - hopefully not that long but there are some Sept 2016 filers that got noa2 this month

Oh really? That doesn't sound too positive!!! Hopefully it's a stock answer airing on the side of caution lol... Someone who filed in October/November and got Potomac was approved just last week on this forum! So who knows :blink:

thats good to know, im watching others timeline too, one also got theirs jan 18, theyre nov filer.. and yeah hopefully we wont wait too long :) Goodluck on yours

That was just when USPS stated that it was delivered. I received the text on 1/25 and just got the hard copy today :)

Oh goodness, yea its hard to say when we will hear. the NOA2 dates seem to be all over the place

Hi there! I am Darleen from the Philippines. I have been reading all the comments in this forum and its seems that receiving Noa1 was quite fast. My husband send I-130 on Jan 21, he received the hard copy of noa1 Jan 30. We don't expect that but we are both thankful it comes that fast. 

Hopefully, we see our noa2 very soon.

Did you get the text message for NOA1 the same day your packet was received by USPS. I am very upset, as I sent my package on 25th Jan, my package reached there on 27th Jan according to USPS. but still no text no email. Now I am thinking may be I have done something wrong like forgot to sign the 1145, but I am sure that I signed it....:( getting nervous here.

maybe this week you will receive, also check your bank act for the check to be cashed out incase you forgot the 1145

Adjustment from F1 status

01/18/2017  Mailed package I-130, I 485 AND I-765

Day 1 : 01/20/2017-USCIS received package

Day 6 : 01/26/2017-received NOA1 through text

Day 13 : 02/1/2017-received N0A1 hard copy

Day 15 : 02/4/2017-received Biometric Appointment

Day 28: 02/17/2017-did Biometric Appointment

Day 35: 02/24/2017-i485 case status changes to ready to be scheduled for an interview

Day 47: 03/08/2017- status changes to Interview scheduled on 13th april

Day 49 03/10/2017- received interview letter for 13th April

Day 83 04/13/2017- approved...case shows new card is being produced

Day 88 04/17/2017 received  hard copy of approval notices for I-485 and I-130 

Day 88 04/17/2017 Online status showed New card was mailed

Day 91 04/20/2017 Received Green card in mail !!! Total 3 months
