Does this mean that the processing time for a USC is averaging 7 months?

Maybe, but my brother got greeb card within 4months, like green card in hand. It depends you know, we have to just wait.

01/18/2017  Mailed package I-130, I 485 AND I-765

Day 1 : 01/20/2017-USCIS received package

Day 6 : 01/26/2017-received NOA1 through text

Day 13 : 02/1/2017-received N0A1 hard copy

Day 15 : 02/4/2017-received Biometric Appointment

Day 28: 02/17/2017-did Biometric Appointment

Day 35: 02/24/2017-i485 case status changes to ready to be scheduled for an interview

Day 47: 03/08/2017- status changes to Interview scheduled on 13th april

Day 49 03/10/2017- received interview letter for 13th April

Day 83 04/13/2017- approved...case shows new card is being produced

Day 88 04/17/2017 received  hard copy of approval notices for I-485 and I-130 

Day 88 04/17/2017 Online status showed New card was mailed

Day 91 04/20/2017 Received Green card in mail !!! Total 3 months

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

Yes, exactly, you just never know how long your process will take, it can be superfast or can be superslow

As long as you did not make any mistakes and supplied the right evidence it you usually can get through the USISC quick. What adds a lot of time is each error and trying to correct them.

 

 

Met 6/21/15 Online

Married since February 29th 2016 In the Netherlands (Where she is from)

6/12/16 - Preparing to send packet to USCIS

6/27/16 - Sent Package to Chicago lock-box via UPS

7/5/16 - NOA1 Text/Email / sent to Potomac (Hardcopy 7/10/16)

8/3/16 - NOA 2 I-130 Approved! Case sent to NVC! (Hardcopy 8/6/16)

8/19/16 to 9/4/16 - Visited wife for two weeks in NL. =}

9/1/16 - NVC Case and invoice # received. (Email) Finished DS260 and Paid AOS Fee.

9/8/16 - IV Fee Paid!

9/16/16 - DS260 Finished!

9/27/16 - Sent Documents to NVC.

11/21/16 - Called NVC. Case reviewed and accepted on 11/18. Waiting for email/mail.

11/28/16 - Got Email stating we are now waiting for an interview spot!

12/11/16 - Got the interview date! 1/12/17!

1/12/17 - ...ACCEPTED SHE IS NOW WAITING FOR HER PASSPORT IN THE MAIL! =]

1/18/17 - Passport and visa in her hands! We now wait till 2/24 for her to fly to me! (Has to finish work contract)

2/24/17 - She is now here with me! POE was simple,she only took 10 minutes with them checking her visa! "Welcome to America,missus"

3/15/17 - SSN Card Received.

4/10/17 - Greencard Received.

 

Preparing I-751 (ROC)

11/26/18 - I-751 Prepared and mailed out.

11/27/18 - UPS Confirmed Delivery at 10:30AM

12/3/18 - Checks cashed and got Email/Text With Receipt #

01/3/19 - Extension letter received.

Well my husband received our hard copy NOA1 today... Woohoo! Only took 6 days from the point of receiving the e version of noa1 to getting the hard copy. Definitely got Potomac which I'm quite happy about after doing some research! Fingers crossed Potomac pulls out the stops and we get processed in double time... And pigs can fly!! :P I just want time to speed up. I'm so excited to move over! I already check my case status a few times a day... not sure what I expect to see at this stage. Probably just my initial excitement. God knows what I'll be like when it comes to the NVC stage.

They received my package january 21st.

i didnt receive yet :( they received mine on 20th. We did concurrent filling, I-130 and I-485 , I am worried, maybe they found some mistakes and returning my package :(

Yes, everybody got NOA within 4 business days. I am really worried, may be they are returning my package, so stressful !! Maybe you will get yours tomorrow. You did concurrent or only I-130?

Not necessarily 4 business days. our package was delivered on the 13th, and we only got the email notification on the 23rd. Just wait a bit longer :)

Only I-130! I just saw on another group it can take up to a week or so to hear anything.
