At the moment I am filing for a K1 visa and I am looking into the necessary documents that will be needed along the way, and I found out that I will need a DS3025 for the adjustment of status, which I can complete during the medical exam for the K1 interview. The thing is, I have received all the necessary vaccinations but, with the exception of hepatitis B, I received all of them between '93 and '02. So I was wondering if there is an expiry date on the vaccinations for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Polio, Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids, Pertussis and Haemophilus influenza type B?

Yes of course there's an "expiration date". Vaccinations don't last forever, you often need a booster after X amount of years. E.g tetanus requires a booster after 10 years.

Bring your documents, I'm assuming you'll end up in Amsterdam at the doctor everyone goes to. They know what they are doing (I did not have all of my medical history anymore, so I got some extra shots) and what is required and not. Also they do a good job on the paperwork. They'll give you the required forms for later just hang on to those.

It depends on the vaccine; some are childhood vaccines and as long as you had them then, nothing else is needed.  Some need boosters, and some, such as the flu vaccine, needs to be done every year.

Thank you for all the answers!

 @Fr8dog

My mum has fortunately kept all my vaccination history! So I will indeed just take that along to the medical and hopefully, return with the right paperwork as you noted!

Hep B is only given during childhood.  If you're over 18 it would be marked as not age appropriate regardless if you have proof of immunity or not.

However to perhaps ease your mind, i had the hep b shot in grade 6.  I made sure my immunity was tested before my medical.  I was still covered by the vaccination, 20 years later.

However I  believe my mumps or measles had worn off but that's common for my age where we only had 1 dose.

Can you do me a favor when you do your medical? Amsterdam hands out sealed envelopes marked "to be used during AOS" I have no idea what's in them and would love to know. Can you ask the doctor or his assistant what's in them?

It's just a copy of your medical report for the USCIS to read in.
