There is no other website that publish this content. I think they have content from 2013 there when the F2A was current and made a mistake with the "updated date". There is no indication from any other source.

Of course it could be possible but it is highly unlikely.

Can everyone with PD July, August, September, October post his I-130 approval (NO2) date?

This way we could see where the processing is at the moment. Please post your Visa Center location as well.

PD August 24th 2016

NOA2 January 12th 2017

Any new update my pd is 4 may case approved but didn't receive any thing still

You got your NO2 approval notification just now, while PD is May 4th? This has been a very long process.

Did you miss any papers? How do you know when you got approved, did you get an email or did the case online change?

it all depend how the visa bulletin move it have been stuck on nov 22 2015 for several months now.

you can find this information on the  https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html

you are going to see two table

table A  is for when the NVC schedule the interview.

table B if for the date that NVC is working on sending documents and pay the fees. when NVC will sending the welcome letter

Hi Maria!

New visa bulletin has recently come out and for F2A, the date on table B is 08APR16... since my PD is January 2006, does that mean that I should get some sort of communication from NVC soon? I've already checked on https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ and it still doesn't let me choose the agent and fees are still "not invoiced".

Thanks in advance!

Hi. Did you mean January 2016? My PD is April 2016 and I was soo delighted to see the movement in the Dates for Filing. I called NVC and they said that I will be receiving a Welcome Letter sometime in May (same goes for you). Then we can start the 6-step processing.

Oh, you are doing the Adjustment of Status? My husband is doing Consular Processing. For AOS the rules are slightly different.

"When USCIS determines there are more immigrant visas available for the fiscal year than there are known applicants, you may use the Dates for Filing Applications chart to determine when to file an adjustment of status application with USCIS. Otherwise, you must use the Application Final Action Dates chart to determine when to file an adjustment of status application with USCIS.

Unless otherwise indicated on www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo, you must use the “Application Final Action Dates” for determining when you can file a Form I-485 with USCIS."

Im not doing AOS. Im a LPR filling for my wife and daughter who live overseas but I believe I've read somewhere that after the choice of agent and payment of fees, you have to submit the Affidavit Of Support. I just realized AOS could mean both. LOL

Oh ok, so we are in a same boat. Yes, the reason the Welcome Letter will come in May is that NVC has to wait for the May Bulletin to be official. Right now we are still on the April Bulletin. In your Welcome Letter you'll get the crucial numbers you'll need to start the 6-step process that is beautifully explained on this website:

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved/contact.html

I already have most of my Affidavit paperwork ready to go.
