My case is getting handled by California Service Center and the delays are getting worse. CSC was processing every sort of cases faster relative to other service centers but right now its behind everyone. It shows that as of January 31,2017 it processed cases till August 23. So can USCIS processing times move quickly like other service centers did in a short period?

I would not bet on any improvement. In fact, you should not worry about it. The F2A has long wait times inbetween USCIS and NVC. So, having your I-130 faster or slower approved will not change the duration of the whole process. I think you are looking at another 1.5-2 months wait until you get an answer.

Hello inspirers,

I have priority date of 16 November, 2016 and my i130 hasn't been approved yet.

Any ideas on how much time will it take for USCIS to provide NOA2?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Adarsha,

My husband's PD is 26th of August 2016, his I-130 got approved on the 12th of January.

My PD  is 9/23/2016 and uh nothing happened yet? any september filers here?

Where do you process your application? Califronia recently stated on their website that 6 months now is normal processing time, so you are out of this already and you can file via your online profile for information why it is out of normal processing: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

Your partner also may call USCIS. Your case is delayed.

Hello!

My younger brother has the same PD as you are. Are you be able to login the CEAC website using you Case # and Invoice #? I tried to login, but it gave me this message:

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."
