However, it might end up being the case that you aren't able to prove your citizenship without her cooperation, in which case you'd still have to go through with ROC and later naturalization. Don't make any rash moves.

I'm just gonna hire an attorney give him all the documents i have, and on another note my mom talked to me secretly when i came to the US and told me that i remind her of my dad and that's why she doesn't want anything to do with me. I guess that can be a good proof too don't you think ?

A couple of photos don't prove 5 years of physical presence. School records, employment records (SSA statements), lease records or similar would prove physical presence.

you would think she would want to help being as you missed years in this country. I mean did she even care of your fate? I'm sorry but some people...it costs her nothing to help you. It's not like your asking for her support. ?

For those of you who said that I'm losing my patience and shouldn't , here's why I'm frustrated it took my 4 years in total to get to where am at right now that's why I'm just so tired of waiting like the process is just so slow

I would've expected moderators to have stepped in by now.

We can only step in when we are told something is wrong, by members using the "report" button at the bottom of every post. Until this evening, no-one did so. Please remember all the mods on this site are volunteers, and we cannot read every post/ thread on the forums. If you see something against the TOS, please report it and the next moderator online will action it.
