Rfe on marriage broker Badoo site. (merged threads)

Does anyone know what i need to send regarding marriage broker for Badoo.com site? Ive read the law, and ive read the terms and conditions of Badoos site. But I have no idea if they are or not since they do have extra premium paid services for games and meeting people and stuff. This is the most rediculous rfe i could have ever expected to receive. What shall i send them? Anyone know?

Badoo is not a marriage broker. The key point is that IMBs charge for personal information. the T&C for Badoo are clear. https://badoo.com/en/terms/

Are there any rules relating to personal information like my email address?

It is good to get an email from the site that it is not an IMB.

It happens when you meet on sites like that, unfortunately. Regardless they will send a rfe.

You can e-mail them and tell them about the reason of the rfe and where they state they are not an marriage broker plus you can print their terms of service. Good luck!

Ok. This information is helpful. Thank you. But i still have questions. To me the terms and conditions just do not state the facts clearly that they are not a brokrage site. I emailed support and thier team just replied telling me to read thier terms and conditions again. I couldnt get a specific factual answer from them. Only forwarded onto thier basic question and answer page and i am going in circles. What shall i submit that is adequate enough to satisfy the uscis questions? Im really worried to be denied over this because i am not sure thier terms and conditions page is a strong enough responce. The email is just not working. Thanks for any advice.

Hello, I am needing more advice from anyone who knows or ever met on Badoo. So I have been RFE'd asking if Badoo is a marriage broker site. which I have been told by other VJ members it is not and to send the Terms and Conditions of the site as my reply to the RFE. I have also been referred to contact Badoo by email in which I did, and the response I got back from Badoo was to read their terms and conditions, so i am going around in circles.

I am hoping to return an answer to California as soon as possible so I am hoping someone can help me relay what to send them. Does anyone know if just the terms and conditions are strong enough evidence that the website is not a marriage broker? Or shall I send something else since the email route is obviously not working. I am so afraid if my answer to the RFE is not adequate they will deny my petition, Worried.....

Generally when this has come up sending the "terms and conditions" satisfies the RFE request.

The site themselves wouldn't just out right say "We are not a marriage broker?"

Even the print out TOS as your reply for the RFE satisfies the USCIS 9/10 times. And now I need to delete browser history before my husband thinks I'm on Badoo.
