Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Haha unfortunately, as much as I would love for there to be a line (in date order) - people filing after us will probably get EAD approval before us. It's a part of life - nothing is fair ;)

I've been wondering this aswell...  The USCIS app counts from days since received, but different opinions sometimes :)

So.. If I want to request for SR (over 75 days) , should we count the day from "RECEIVED DATE"?

I think you can yes. BUT the only response I have seen for ppl that request after 75 days..regardless if from received or NOA1.. has been that they are within normal processing time.

Me too, especially being from where I am lol. It's unbelievable what he has done to people who are already permanent residents so it wouldn't surprise me if he did something similar to those in the process. ☹️

This might have been abut 95 pages is hard to go through haha.... Is the office my husband had to do his biometrics at the office that is processing his Aos? All his numbers say msc not the office for anything. Thank you!

MSC stands for Missouri Service Center it is the National Benefits Center, all our applications are first routed there. This is not the same as where he will do the biometrics. You can find the correct field office or application support center where he will do the biometrics on the USCIS website :)

No. You AOS application is not physically in your Boston local office. 
If your receipts start with MSC it means your case is being processed at the National Benefits Center in MO. 

 

You will use your local Boston office only for biometrics, interview, and any infopass appointments you may make.
