My one and only complaint about Canada is the overabundance of stop signs, there are far too many. The first time I was in Ontario visiting my wife I blew through a few of them because I wasn't expecting so many of them in such a short distance. It's like you just get up to speed and there's another one. I kid around with my in-laws about needing monthly brake jobs because there are so many stop signs.

Yes, same here. I can't compare it to Canada but if I compare it to Wi or other states I've been to it's crazy and so annoying. Personally I'm not a fan of them, never was. I'm not a fan of anything causing more unnecessary wear and tear on your car or wasting gas. There are many better ways, such as roundabouts, or yield signs. Making a full stop in many cases only makes the situation worse than if you could just yield and go as long as there was no car coming. I still blow through some of them at times but I do it intentionally - as long as A) I can do it safely(as in no other traffic) and B) I have firm reason to believe there are no cops around lol, I happen to like my brakes and my car and feel no need to stop for no reason just because "the stop sign said so"

Helpful in telling me where there's stop signs? Or cops? lol cause both are all over the place. I only do it if it's like inside a neighborhood and it's a 4 way stop and there's no cars approaching the other 3, no pedestrians crossing, and nowhere for a cruiser to be. I don't feel like stopping for ghosts. Waze doesn't always get updated with stuff like that. I just refuse to kill my brakes for something so stupid. I drive alot so I've done almost 130,000 miles in just over 3 years, I probably see dozens of stop signs a day, literally. Back in Israel I was used to seeing maybe one or two a day, it's mostly roundabouts or yield signs. Yield signs are so much better than stop signs because most situations if you ask me don't require you to come to a full stop, and if you see there is no car coming yet you have to stop just because there's a stupid stop sign there, and by then a line of cars come it's nothing but a waste of time, gas and wear and tear. Sorry for the rant but except for my wife I never get to tell anyone else how much it gets on my nerves lol
