Hoping we made it in time for October filers, waiting for NOA or txt/e-mail to confirm

Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Hi folks,

Just complete my biometrics today.

But my EAD expired last week.I have to leave out of work this week. How long I expect my new EAD card? Is there any chance to expedite EAD card from USCIS ?

From what I read, it's definitely possible, but you might need to submit evidence saying that this is causing you severe financial loss, or that it will cause severe financial loss. Several people in this forum expedited successfully on their own just by calling in to the customer care number.

If rejected, seek help from your congressperson. He should be able to help. (From what I've seen, when a congressperson's office steps in, the expedite request usually gets approved very quickly)

My cheque was cashed yesterday but I didn't sign up for e-notification for any NOA. Can I call USCIS and ask them for the tracking number of hard copy of NOA they are gonna send through mail ?

my check was cashed this morning and no NOA e-mails or texts yet. I believe you can call their hotline and get the receipt numbers.

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

Like I said before, within 30 days. Most of the times within two weeks you'll receive your hardcopy NOAS
