i 130 approved in September 2016, need advice

Hi everybody ,

My wife is US Citizen and we married here in india last year and my i -130 petition just jot approved in this September 2016, I am Curious to know whats next and what i have to do from here and what documents i need from her and as i live in India will i receive any packet of documents to be filled here at my address in India? Even i noticed Change in her behavior i dont know why it happened or happening there as i haven't been to US YET, AS my petition is approved can i apply for b1/b2 visa to visit her to see what she is up too? and even i applied b1 /b2 before she sent my petition in January this year and it got dined . I am confused what to do now, please help and advice , I dont know whats going in her mind what can i do and what rights do i have from here as a husband and as my petition is approved....

You clearly demonstrated immigrant intent, so you won't get approved for a tourist visa.

If you are having marital problems, try to work them out, maybe she can visit you?

You have no rights in regards to immigration, it depends on her right now. She has to file several documents with NVC otherwise the process won't move forward.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

It's not likely you will get a tourist visa but if you can afford it you can try applying again or ask her to visit you. She will need to call NVC to get your case and Invoice ID numbers tool move forward. You can read the NVC wiki to find out wear forms need to be filled out and what the fees are. Your wife will need to send an affidavit of support saying she takes financial responsibility for you. You currently have no immigration rights as far as being in the US is concerned. You can't move forward without your wife's support.

you won't get any other kind of visa now, so the only option would be to wait for the approved I-130 to be processed over to the NVC, and wait for an IV. I believe it's up to her to fill out an I-864 as your financial sponsor. You will have to get everything together, such as birth certificate from your own country, medical examination and police certificate, and keep your finger crossed that you'll get approved after the interview.
