In the USCIS app I've seen I-129F petitions from August 19th getting approved recently. This means we're probably going to see September petitions start to get approved by mid-October. :)

Hello all,

this is my first post. Just wanted to share we sent application on Sept 6 and received NOA1 on Sept 13.

Good luck everyone.

We have the same filing date and NOA1 date. Will be interesting to see if our petitions will get approved around the same time as well.

it will be interesting to see how fast CSC is now on processing petitions. I'm gonna tag along on the September group :) I have been thru this process already (I'm a March filer) so if anyone has any questions, I will be more than happy to share my experience with you all :dancing:

This can be a VERY LONG process filled with A LOT of emotions so hang on tight! Enjoy the ride~ :luv:

Hi. What other do I need to put together while waiting for NOA2. Thanks

Ha, same here. We are in a position where our status quo isn't so bad (just continue working, business as usual, just wait and do the process step by step), but ever since filing my mind has been racing with 1001 thoughts of what if this, and what if that, and my fiance keeps telling me to chill. Hello fellow filers :).

My fiancé mailed our petition on September 23rd - I can't believe we've actually started the process finally! It feels like we were talking about it and planning it for a long time.

Got our hard copy today! Mailed on the 13th, received on the 16th, NOA-1 date is the 20th. Sent to California. Estimate for NOA-2 is November 4-9, which would be amazing. Anyone else concerned that the official USCIS processing times still say 5 months??
