It started with his arrival at the airport in China, where Chinese officials failed to provide a portable staircase for Mr. Obama to disembark from the upper door of Air Force One with the typical grandiose visibility befitting a visiting head of state. Instead, the president emerged from a smaller staircase in the belly of the aircraft, and many saw it as a deliberate sign of disrespect by the Chinese.

In Laos Mr. Obama was to hold his first meeting with new Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, but the White House canceled it after the Philippine leader called Mr. Obama a “son of a

Who does he think he is? I am no American puppet. I am the president of a sovereign country and I am not answerable to anyone except the Filipino people," Duterte scoffed in a speech Monday. "Son of a *****, I will swear at you."

I know you don't like Obama, but c'mon...

Do you speak Taglog

A little bit. I know how to say Hello, how are you? Yes, no, and thank you.

I picked up how to greet folks in almost every country I've been in. The only exceptions are Vietnam, Russia, and Thailand.

I do. Fox news used to rake anyone over the coals whenever anyone even tried to disrespect Bush, foreign or domestic.

If Trump wins, watch these same cats lose their minds if anyone bad mouths him.

Do you know why he said all that, and how Duterte is in real life? Duterte is a man who will say what he means no matter what, yes he has candor in some things but not very many. He was elected Mayor and then President because he will speak his mind on a subject no matter what, and he hates criminals.

He was asked a question by the media in regards to what was already being described by people as a "talking to" from President Obama to President Duterte on his role and support of extrajudicial killings in the Philippines. So he responded with what he thought was a proper response on him possible being scolded for his involvement in the killings.
