If you have the app it should have the last update on each of your cases... go into it and look at the AP or EAD cases and it should say something to the tune of...

"If you do not receive your receipt notice by XXDATEXX, please call Customer Service..."

ok gotcha. wow then they have a whole month after receiving the case until they send out the noa? ok. well with I-485 it does not give me a date. it just says fingerprint fee was receive on october 5. we mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case etc. no date. and that was on october 6 :-( the remaining three cases have a date (please call custoer service etc...)

So the date it says on the EAD and AP are you after those dates or not?

If you are then there is a form you can fill out on their website about not received your documents.

Hmm to anyone who made a request to expedite, did you get a confirmation they received your additional paperwork by fax? I used a fax machine for the FIRST time on Friday and I'm super nervous I messed up (but also why EMAIL me to request I fax things over when I could just scan them and email them back? You know, scanning, the faxing of the 21st century.....) and I don't know if I'm supposed to receive some sort of confirmation, and if so, should I be sending the paperwork over a second time in case something happened and they didn't get everything on Friday?

The EAD is usually approved within 90 days from your NOA date. Once it passes the 75 day mark you can submit an inquiry request online.
