Does anyone have the same kind of update? I hope it’s a good update.

Is this update specific to the service request? I haven't heard of online updates to case status based on a service request before. Let us know what happens!

I agree with Austincanada. I have no lawyer, but I think it is question of rights. If you legally comply with the 3-year period to gain citizenship, why do we have to wait longer because of USCIS inco

I would not read too much into it. It is probably just what a so called "Tier 2 officer" sees on the computer screen which may or may not mean anything. Just have to wait and see and find out what happens in the next few weeks. Good luck.

Well, at least it was super easy for me to make an InfoPass appointment at the Seattle office!  :yes:

You are right!.

However, when I went to the USCIS field office last week to get my i-551 stamp, the IO told me they are currently scheduling N-400 Interviews for May 2016 filers!!!!!....

I do not know what to believe!!!.

I asked her about a possible combo interview for my two cases (i-751 and N-400), and she said that most likely they would be adjudicated separately. 

Anyways, I got my stamp, and I can rest assured for one more year...

I just got a text and email stating my card was ordered. I assume this means my I-751 has been approved and I am getting my 10yr card. What does not make sense is that the Tier 2 officer told me last week my I-751 file was requested by the National Benefits Center to complete my N-400 application and he told me that the cases were being combined. - Only for me to receive a green card this week - and N-400 being in the same state.

 

For you guys that applied for naturalization - you might still get your I-751 approval. Who knows whats going on at USCIS these days - and especially since I have been given all kinds of info from Tier 2..

 

Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated if I get my 10yr card or not..

Question for you.. did you ever receive a text msg or email that your N400 case was in line for interview? I am thinking maybe your case wasn't in line for interview yet and that's why it wasn't sent to the field office yet.... maybe?

Wow. Congrats, so i guess it is possible that 751 filers who have 400 pending could still be 751 approved, I believe you are the second 400 filer got a 751 approved by CSC. That gives me a bit hope about 751 being approved with 400 pending. Your case also just further confirm that what tier 2 officers say should all be taken with a grain of salt. You really can't trust them,lol. USCIS remains unpredictable.
