Yes, it will be needed for the interview.

Have you checked the embassy's website for more info? I had to the take the barcoded receipt for them.

Yes definitely. Fill it out online, submit, then you need to print the ' confirmation page with the confirmation number :)

Never have herd of that.. They will have it in their system anyway.

But you have to bring your confirmation for your interview - without this you, most likely, won't not be allowed to get in to the Embassy.

You are the one that needs to digitally sign the DS160. He can complete it and send you the information to open it and have you digitally sign.

Yes. Follow the embassy instructions letter for is required for your interview. https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

You can assist with this but the visa applicant must submit the DS-160, copies of the confirmation page will be required for the embassy interview and also for St. Luke's on the 2nd day of the medical
