Hi, guys You shouldn't worry now. Unless January ends and no reply then we need to call USCIS and ask about the case. July filers will get an answer on January if everything is good with the package unless they need more info.

No, i searched near-by cases some got approved and some RFE, but nothing for us yet. We called USCIS 2 times but they told us what we already knew. And we can't fill the e-inquiry, even though our case was transferred to Texas, because our receipt number begins with LIN, it says we are within the timeline of Nebraska. 183 days and counting

How do you know guys that your case was transferred to another service center?

When we check our receipt number on uscis.gove it says:Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

If you install uscis app on your phone, it will notify you too. You can call 001-212-620-3418 and check your status if you are outside the US.

Any July filers getting approved? Particularly interested in anyone who has been stuck at Nebraska. About to hit the 5 month mark here.

CR-1 Visa Timeline

 

USCIS

7/27/2016: I-130 mailed.

8/02/2016: NOA1.

2/17/2017: NOA2.

2/24/2017: I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

3/03/2017:  I-130 received.

3/09/2017: Case # and invoice # received, AOS and IV fees paid.

3/16/2017: DS-260 submitted; AOS and IV packets sent with EP.

4/06/2017: Case complete.

 

Consulate

4/15/2017: Interview email (P4).

5/09/2017: Medical.

5/15/2017: Interview.

5/19/2017: Visa in hand.

6/10/2017: Green card received.

7/05/2017: SSN card received (had to apply in person).

12/20/2019: Biometrics Appointment

2/12/2020: Interview Date
