We just received notice of approval!!!! We feel so blessed right now!! I kept checking in and seeing so many receiving their good news i just cant believe it was our turn tonight!! It took a total of 42 days but its just under a month since we have had to part. I keep praying this all goes quickly and smoothly.

I also pray everyone gets their good news soon with no RFEs!!! May all of us get to reunited with our loved ones <3

After a completely shitty day for both me and my fiance we have a single redeeming part of the day... we got our NOA2!!

NOA1: July 22nd

NOA2: Sept 7th

One day, ten hours, and thirty-six minutes until I leave to visit my habibi!

Oh my gosh!!! It's so great before you leave you got it!!! Together and you got it!!!

The july 1st adjudicator is dead or what? This is completely unbelievable. People from the end of july received a massive approval now. Those from may and June where approved after 60+ days.

Now those from july 15th - 27th are massively approved. I am happy for them. But it is frustrating when considering our situation. It's like we did a mistake by sending it earlier.

Approved October 11th 2016

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

POE Houston ????

The july 1st adjudicator is dead or what? This is completely unbelievable. People from the end of july received a massive approval now. Those from may and June where approved after 60+ days.

Now those from july 15th - 27th are massively approved. I am happy for them. But it is frustrating when considering our situation. It's like we did a mistake by sending it earlier.

Tell me about it. I find myself wishing we had just mailed it a few days later... I'm happy for everyone who got theirs really fast.. I just miss my baby. I know it's all random, and it's been like that, doesn't make it not feel unfair. I hope we get ours in a few days too..

Wait , just saw February and may are still getting approved .what ? I thought this process was only 5-6 months .I will go crazy too that's unfair ...

Anyway. Hanging there those who haven't received it yet...good luck

This is my 2nd time applying for k1 visa. Is there anyone here who already got their noa2 who's also a 2nd timer?

This is our second time applying - same fiance. We were approved the first time, but had a family emergency and could not marry in the 90 days. So we had to apply again. We are still waiting for our NOA 2.

7/1 - mailed I-129

7/7 - NOA 1

8/29 - RFE

9/13 - Notice received RFE reply

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

2/25 Married (CEAC status still says visa is in "administrative processing" - haha)

Seems like processing for 2nd timers is slower. :( got my noa1 on july 12.

Waiting feels forever... Lol

It is frustrating but there's nothing we can do but wait :( My NOA1 is July 29 and I feel the same way, I feel like the week just before mine is getting approved every day, and now the week after which is August is already getting approved, so it seems as if they've just skipped over my week completely. But they are obviously approving more and more every day so we just need to hang on a bit longer. Congrats to everyone who got approved last night!
