Hi guys. Any idea what happens if the petitioner only sends a copy of his g325a but did not include mine (k1 beneficiary)? Tia!!

While reviewing the case, they will notice it's missing, then uscis will request that a g325a for the beneficiary be sent. They will stop reviewing the case until they get the document.

Your fiance needs to include your G325A.

Either you can fill in your G325A, print, sign, scan and email it to your fiance

Or

Your fiance can fill in your G325A and send it without your signature.

If you've received your NOA1 already then, you can try to send the document now with a copy of the NOA1. They might be able to match it to your package before it's reviewed by an adjudicator and you may be able to avoid an RFE.

Just remember, the documents needs to have a 'wet' signature so you'll need to sign the form and mail it to your fiancee to submit.

Instructions for the I-129F state you must submit a G-325A from the Petitioner and Beneficiary, page 6, item 8

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

If you already sent your petition to USCIS you will have to wait for the RFE. So have the G-325A ready and waiting.

If you already sent your petition, you should wait for them to send you s letter asking for what's missing. Each g325a must be accompanied by a 2x2 picture.

The G-325A form itself has no requirement for a passport photo. It has very short and sweet instructions included with the form download.

The I-129F petition requires a passport photo from the petitioner and foreign fiance(e). If they already sent those, no need to send them again just because they may be in need of providing a missing G-325A.

Sorry, my mistake. All this time I thought the g325a required pictures, because I put the pictures attached to them.

Yes, I think many do because the guide here says to put the passport photo with the corresponding G-325A. The I-129F petition is what requires them, and you can actually place them wherever you like within your submission package.
