You are eligible to apply on whichever day comes last:

90 dates before the 3rd anniversary of the Resident Since date on your green card.

3 full years after your wedding anniversary.

3 full years after your spouse became a U.S. Citizen.

hi

both, 3 years minimum of marriage and 3 years of being a LPR, you can apply 90 days of 3 years and if you've been married for 3 years

HUH? What does his spouse becoming a US citizen have to do with it. That isn't a requirement for a LPR to become a citizen.

It's 3 years being a LPR (you can file 90 days before that date) and you have had to be married for 3 years to the citizen/LPR/Petitioner

Wrong. If applying based on the 3-year rule, the 3 years of marriage has to be to a USC spouse who has been a USC for the full 3 years.

It's kind of the whole point of the 3 year rule. ;-)

So, i am born in the US and now we are married 6 years

he can naturized 3 years after date of green card?

Yes, 3 years minus 90 days from the "residence since" date on the GC is the earliest he can apply.

Yes, 3 years minus 90 days from the "residence since" date on the GC is the earliest he can apply.

He can apply 3 years minus 90 days (not 91 days) from the date on the front of the green card or any time after that.

This is assuming he meets all the other requirements outlined in the Naturalization Guide:

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/article/M-476.pdf

Approval depends on his meeting requirements related to how much time he's spent outside the US, how long he's lived in the state in which he is applying, and what his background check turns up.
