I need to print out monthly statements for credit cards, accounts, phone bills and it can be rather lengthy. Did you guys print them one sided or 2 sided? I'm thinking for the monthly cell phone statements I could probably just do the cover page with names on the account and payment due. What are your thoughts?

Thanks!

Flash drive? No digital media. If you think a government agency is going to put a flash drive into their computers...

I put everything single sided. A bill where the names and amount due on the front page could probably just inlcude that single page vs all the pages. However you'll want to include all the pages of joint accounts like credit or bank accounts.

It's important to show the details of bills - especially phone bills, if you are using them to prove that you use the phones for communicating with each other. And, as NLR said, print ALL pages of credit card and bank statements, even if it seems excessive. Check your statements - they'll have something like "1 of 8 pages" or "6 of 8 pages". Don't miss a page.

I printed single sided, as I connected my packet with ACCO fasteners at the top. Makes it hard to see the second side if you use these (which they recommend, by the way).

Thanks guys! If it's every page with phone bills my packet is going to get rather thick. Also on monthly credit card and checking account statements, there are filler pages that state their policies on rates, fees, etc. that is part of the "1 of 8" pages. I could probably take these out right? Seems unnecessary.

You know that it's just policies/rates/fees, but USCIS does not. They could decide you are hiding something. Our package was 3 inches thick, and weighed nearly 4 pounds. I suggest that you copy ALL the pages.

Contrary to some others, I think it is a good idea to put a lot of stuff on a flash drive, take it with you to the interview, and offer it to the interviewer to view.

Maybe they will put it in their computer and look, maybe they won't.

But it gives them the vibe that you do have more to show, and can help your case.

When we went to AOS interview, I told that I had brought a ton more pictures on a flash drive to show.

The interviewer said: "Thanks, but I don't think I need to look at them."

However, from a 'gaming' standpoint, she had it implanted in her mind that there was additional support.

It is against government policy to put anything that is NOT scanned before hand or supposed to be in the computer in the computer. This is a strict NO NO in the US Gov't world due to viruses and whatever spyware you may have on the flash drive.

For our ROC file, we submitted all the pages for bank and credit statements. We didn't omit any pages. However, we only submitted every quarter instead of the full year. We made sure on all the statements have activities for the both of us, since ROC is about financial commingling. We got approved without interview.
