That great that you finally got your letter lol and we have the same biometrics date. I might try to do a early walk in because I am not sure I will be available that day. Hoping for the best.

Has any of the June filers able to check their status online with the receipt number?

I am still unable to check my case status online.

I agree!

It's been great to see progress.

Just received my biometrics letter today; the appointment is for the 8th of July :)

And I got my Florida driver license today so very happy with the good things going on :)

Congratulations!

What kind of documents did they ask for at the DMV? I’m thinking to go try to get my license next week with the NOA1.

But now we are having issue with his DL, since the K1 status expires 90 days, his license says "temporary visitor expires 6/22", however his license expiration date is until 2020; so we are going to try the DMV next week to see if we can get the DL extended with NOA1s.

Congratulations!

What kind of documents did they ask for at the DMV? I’m thinking to go try to get my license next week with the NOA1.

Hi Inkasminka, thank you :)

I had to bring my passport with my visa and stamps of entry in it. They pulled up the I94 themselves but you could bring a print of that as well if you have one.

I also had to bring our marriage certificate, all the NOA's (NOA1), a proof of address which in my case was the deed to our apartment and my husband had to bring his passport as well. We actually had to go 4 times.

1: do computertest. I couldn't do the driver's test the same day. You might want to make an appointment but we decided on a walk-in early the next day.

2: walk in for drivers test. We had to go to another office as they were already full for the day.

3: Walked into the other office; had to wait for the driver's test but could take it.

4: They had not told us we had to bring my husband's passport and the marriage certificate (not a copy but the certified copy of the certificate) so we had to go home and come in again.

There is something else I wanted to share as I saw a question about it, but I can't find who asked it. Anyway, they wanted to give me the DL with the date of my expiring stay which would have been july 18... so that was not good, just a few weeks. I asked if she was sure about it as I have my NOA's and they mean I'm not even supposed to leave the country at this point as my AOS is pending. She then went to a supervisor to inquire and found out there is a rule about is, I could not follow what she was reading online but it must have something to do with the NOA or the status of people who have applied for AOS. She was then able to give me a year - so it says TEMPORARY in red letters on my DL but a year will hopefully be enough. As soon as my status changes I can go in and have it changed. Hopefully this is helpful to some of you or at least the person who was asking :)

Kingofhighway99 has their information in their signature. It's not the website timeline feature but it's still there.

In answer to all of your questions, it honestly varies for every single person. Some of us filed on the same day and received noa1's on different dates, cheques cashed different dates, some people are still waiting and they filed before us. You will receive hard copies of noa's in the mail and the website is iffy at best. We only received emails despite sending the forms for text too and some people here received both text and email. I really does vary on all counts.

If you click the timeline tab at the top of the page you can get a broader guideline of everyone that's filed up to now.
