This was the California Service Center CSC. At least we have a gauge to go by, they sure wait until the last moment on these cards.   Once we get the new card in the mail, I'll post yet another update.  

 

This has been an patience trying experience.  They should have a system where it shows where our applications are in the process... Like a time line.. what a concept.  Such as received, checked in, in holding, assigned, processing, etc....

So if this is true, then the process to being approved took 11 Months & 2 Days.  It's the 4th of May so we'll see how long it takes to actually get the card. But from what this says, this to means approved and  will be mailed.   Sure is taking a long time.

Whats the time frame to get an infopass appointment? i.e.if I request today when will the appt be? In two weeks? 3?

I am thinking about making one so they can give me my extension stamp. Time i getting to close and I am getting really nervous

Go to this website https://my.uscis.gov/appointment and enter your zip code. It will show you your local office, and will give you potential dates for the next 2 weeks. Some offices aren't too busy and will have lots of slots open. Others you need to haunt the website and look at weird times of the night (whenever they open up appointments on new days. 

It totally depends which office you're dealing with. For example, there are 3 open slots this Monday in Portland, OR, but then none for the rest of the 2 week period.

What's funny is, back in 2013 when I was filing for my K-1, you could see your process timeline, every step. I don't why they changed it to this fancy useless website.

One quick question. In the list the name BABSLOBLAW number 38 got approved in 2 months. Is that correct, that's so robust procedure :rolleyes:

I think that might be correct... crazy - some folks get all the luck! Apparently the reason might have been that their university ran an E-Verify on them just prior to approval. Could be they had to dig out the file to make sure the application for I751 had gone in, and as long as USCIS had it out, they just approved it - maybe we should all make our employers run an E-Verify on us!

I think that might be correct... crazy - some folks get all the luck! Apparently the reason might have been that their university ran an E-Verify on them just prior to approval. Could be they had to dig out the file to make sure the application for I751 had gone in, and as long as USCIS had it out, they just approved it - maybe we should all make our employers run an E-Verify on us!

i don't see that happening , because - received application- is enough for them to e verify accept

No, Babsloblaw speculated that based on their own (single) approval, which was just a couple months after they submitted last year. I saw it in a post from March sometime. Not only do I have no proof, I'm not even speculating myself - Second-hand Speculation!:jest:

Well if that's the case my previous employer did E-verify on me 4 months ago fingers cross :D. All i can say it is such a inconsistent system you simply can not predict anything. I feel for the people who applied before June and still waiting for their approval it should be first come first serve basis. I hope you all june filers get approval letter very soon and best of luck to everyone.

Hi, guys! Did you had problems making an appointment online on uscis.com? I'm trying to do it and gives me an error every time. I've, also, tried  other offices near me, but i have the same problem. It says " there was an issue with your request. Please try again ". Yesterday and today was the same. :(
