I know, I was freaking out ... but I was finally able to schedule an Infopass. :D

Don't you think that USCIS is going to shoot itself into the foot or already did? They will have even more work when eligible PRs will submit N400s!

They already have over 1 million pending N-400. :D

In general. VSC always takes about 1 year or more. It takes much longer time to process than CSC, but this year, all bets are off as more and more reports from applicants' experience with immigration officers in person or on the phone, it apparently is severely backed up, and now will take 1 to 1.5 years, and that is for both centers. We Might have more months to wait unfortunately.

we've applied june 2, 2016 and not appearing on your spreadsheet (above) and we have NOT been approved yet.  But yet the website (USCIS) shows 7 june being processes..  Anyone have any more thoughts ?

It seems as though VSC has been very active this month and CSC has not. My suspicion is that, one way or another, CSC applications have been kind of "put on hold" until VSC catches up and they're both processing the same date range. Hopefully, once VSC has processed most of May, both offices will keep chugging forward.

In the meantime, your application is now "outside normal processing times" according to USCIS' data, and you can file a service request. You will probably just receive a form letter, but it might get your file looked at! It's totally worth a try, right?

we've called so many times, just last week and my wife was told we have to wait until the 1 year mark before anything further will be done on her case.  I have a InfoPass for middle of may, we'll see what they say.  Thanks for the response.

Please state if you filed at CSC or VSC, the date you filed your I-151, your NOA1 date and the date of your Biometrics appointment and we'll add you to the list.

My husband and I called just together on our landline speakerphone and spoke to a very helpful USCIS phone agent who made me a service request because I'm outside processing times of ... get this: July 28 2016 for Santa Ana (new CSC?)

 

I'm overjoyed that we were luckily enough to get a service request. Will keep you all apprised.

 

Also, I don't think we got added to the table, can someone add our stats?

Yes, I am sure that we are talking about the same application. That is why I am sharing this information. Apparently they are moving from Laguna Nigel, I didn't realize it was to Santa Ana until our conversation today.
