But I called NVC yesterday and they told me that my civil documents were entered I'm the system May 2, 2016 then they send me the email this morning stating that they received my documents April 29, 2016 So I am not quite sure which is the correct scan date.

yup, gotta love the inconsistencies of NVC. I say go with the April 29th date mentioned in the letter and start counting 30 calendar days from there. If you choose to go by the May 2nd date, then count 30 calendar days from there and it'll be a nice surprise when you get CC earlier.

Lol I doubt the surprise! However I did count the date using both dates that were proved for both 28, 30 & 43 days that people have been waiting.

Really a day after you paid the IV Fee? I've heard from some people it has taken a whole week or so but I feel like NVC is moving a lot smoother at the moment. I got my case number like 6 days ago (counting the weekends) and I have completed many of the steps already. That's why I wanted to see how long it's been taking recently.

Yes I got my case number in a week too and I was able to pay both AOS and IV fee together and they took only a day to process.. I also submitted the civil documents and my scan date is April 29, 2016 so I am just waiting on the 30-42days.

My tracking said NVC received it on same day as yours, April 29th. I called NVC and they said May 2nd as well. However, I haven't received any email from them about the scan date at all.

Just sent in our AOS and IV supporting documents! Now the next wait begins! Hopefully no additional checklists!!!!

Thankfully we are filing through the MTL consulate which allows the email documentation processing - super convenient (and hopefully no lost documents then)!

Mine was 2 business days as soon as IV fee says "paid", DS-260 should become available.

Have you checked how long it takes for people from your country to get CC? it's weird I don't know how they go about it but I have noticed by many people from my country they get CC in 2-3 weeks it doesn't take the full 30 days. I'm still saying it's going to be 30-42 days though I don't want to get my hopes up even if they've been consistent with early CC. I hope we all get CC soon! :)

Thank you, hopefully it does become available soon.

Hello all. I called the NVC yesterday, which would have been my 30 days. Told me nothing has changed. This morning, I woke up to 3 n/a's after religiously checking all day yesterday! Will call the NVC to confirm when they open tomorrow. What has everyone's waiting time been on the confirmation email. Are they still sticking to the 5-7 days rule?

1-130 Sent (not express): 19/01/2015
1-130 NOA1: 12/02/2015
1-130 NOA2: 06/07/2015 from Nebraska
NVC received : 20/07/2015

Due to employment opportunities, we stalled our process for a bit.

1st scan date: 01/03/2016

Received checklist: 31/31/2016 FOR DOCUMENTS THEY HAD :ranting::ranting::ranting:

2nd date: 04/04/2016

NVC CC: 05/04/2016
