You're right in that NVC does only work Monday - Friday and has weekends off. Every agent i've spoken with (trust me when i say i have spoken with a large number of them) has said it's calendar days n

right. count calendar days from when they say scan date. you very well could get case complete either Wednesday or Thursday of this week! Hoping for a smooth CC for you!!!

My scan date was April 2nd. Today is the 29th day... Hoping and praying for some good news tomorrow or tuesday... Hoping I don't get a checklist.

Vzlan-us-citzen nvc don't work on weekend's so if ur scan date is on a weekend u can't count Sundays and Saturday only from Monday through Fridays only u should count so ur 30 days will be next Friday...

You're right in that NVC does only work Monday - Friday and has weekends off. Every agent i've spoken with (trust me when i say i have spoken with a large number of them) has said it's calendar days not business days to review documents. so Vzlan-us-citizen is correct today would be day 29. he very well could get CC tomorrow.

Every checklist i've received has been at calendar day 30 not business.

Scanned on April 12th. Please don't get a checklist. :clock:

your scan date is close to mine. Mine is the April 15th... I hope we have a smooth CC

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:
