Pls I don't know where to start from.I came with k 1 visa,got married within 90days,filed for employment authorization and AOS.I ve done finger print ,my ex was asked to submit affidavit of support within 87days which has passed.am a victim of DV and my ex siezed all my immigration documents and probable my work permit too.wat do I do

Things will probably not get better. Get out of the house immediately, call the police to report him. Do you have any friends or family here in the US, try to go stay with them.

Did you join the VAWA forum? Look for a user named "Sandra". She's a lawyer who helps many DV victims here on VisaJourney. And as Transborderwife said. call the police. He cannot withhold your items.

You are already out of the house which is good. You need to obtain legal advise as to what to do next as it sounds as though there was an RFE for the affidavit of support which he refused to respond to. This means your AOS application including the work permit will be denied.

You refer to him as your ex-. Has either of you filed for divorce? When you say he is holding all your immigration documents do you mean things like your passport? Do you have police reports of the violence?

I have my passport and my SSN, bt he has every other paper.he filed for divorce when reported DV,we re still on d process

Passport is the ONLY document you need to return to your home country. Go go any airline webpage and/or travel search engines (Kayak, Expedia etc.) and buy ticket to your home country.
