Hello, I updated the list here. I cross-referenced it with the google spreadsheet and VJ timeline to provide the more accurate data below:
-There are 43 CSC filers now instead of 33. I used the google spreadsheet as reference: https://docs.google....jtrycs3ul8QlUo/
-There are 2 April CSC filers who updated their approval status at the VJ timeline but not here, so there are actually 14 approved out of 43 applicants with a 33% approval rate.
-There are 6 additional April CSC filers who didn't have their names added to the google spreadsheet nor here but got approved already. The members either mentioned their approval on here or the approval was listed on the VJ timeline. I won't the print their names for privacy concerns. But you can PM me if you are interested in where I got the numbers. The statistics will be: 20 approved out of 49 applicants with a 41 % approval rate including them.

RFE came on the 7th I think, but we have no idea what it wants (apparently having a baby together is not enough either lol). Too late now anyway, lots of happened and we moved back to my home country. It was a good run. Good luck to all the rest of you.

Has anybody who filed with Vermont even had their status change on the website, yet? I haven't.

Update as of 11/11

Hello, I updated the list here. I cross-referenced it with the google spreadsheet and VJ timeline to provide the more accurate data below:
-There are 43 CSC filers now instead of 33. I used the google spreadsheet as reference: https://docs.google....jtrycs3ul8QlUo/
-There are 2 April CSC filers who updated their approval status at the VJ timeline but not here, so there are actually 14 approved out of 43 applicants with a 33% approval rate.
-There are 6 additional April CSC filers who didn't have their names added to the google spreadsheet nor here but got approved already. The members either mentioned their approval on here or the approval was listed on the VJ timeline. I won't the print their names for privacy concerns. But you can PM me if you are interested in where I got the numbers. The statistics will be: 20 approved out of 49 applicants with a 41 % approval rate including them.

RFE came on the 7th I think, but we have no idea what it wants (apparently having a baby together is not enough either lol). Too late now anyway, lots of #### happened and we moved back to my home country. It was a good run. Good luck to all the rest of you.

Do you consider moving back or traveling here?

I'm starting to stress over :( they recived case on April 18 and VJ times shows now April 15. It's gonna be most difficult for me cause my k vida got approved after 3 months and first gc also only took 3 months. Not even. We had interview but it was still fast! Now since I'm waiver I think and worry that they will try to hassle me :(

Good Luck to you Misuzu. Even many waivers case are approved without any interview so I hope this process will be as easy as your K1/CPR process.

Are you serious? You actually got a RFE despite having a child born to the marriage - wow. Now I'm assuming you sent all documentation of the birth including birth certificate that list both spouse as the parents, medical bills etc.

I've always thought we'd be going back for a second interview because of the way the first one went (long story...went without a lawyer despite me having a failed AOS case years before). However, everyone keeps telling us we have a child born to the marriage so it's very unlikely we'll get a second interview. I even included pictures of me holding my baby boy in the delivery room. I included one with me cutting the umbilical cord.

hi all,

I had filed my case on April to Vermont. so I know I have to wait. But today I got a call today from USCIS. I couldn't answer since I was in meeting. Then I called back Customer rep said she doesn't see any notes.

I am kind of worried now. usually USCIS don't call. Did anyone ever get a call?
