is TSC still processing I-129F form?

why I see this: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/index.php?cfl=0

Petitions with NOA1 dates as follows are currently being processed:

I-129F for K-1 Visa

CSC: February 19, 2016

TSC: February 13, 2016

VSC: March 10, 2016

Nope some people just don't get the lockbox and service center isn't the same so they put Texas in their timeline

Exactly. Even April filers in this forum are still putting that there I-129f is being transferred to CSC. Everyone needs to understand that they sent it to the Lewisville, TX lockbox, but it's being processed at the California Service Center. They never went to the Texas Service Center so therefore can't be being transferred. There's a difference between Lockbox (where you originally send it) and Service Center (where they send it). It makes timelines and information inaccurate on VJ.

We got receipt by post but my name is spelled wrong!!

Nothing to worry about this is common and means nothing. It's the actual documents that require your information to be spelled correctly ie. visa, passport, BC etc.

Hi!

We are hoping to send our i129f packet in the next couple of week but awaiting my OH's US birth certificate to come through... can the dates on all paperwork be handwritten because I am printing all the paperwork from the UK and bringing it with me when I see my OH in Dallas next week but I don't want to date everything and then theres a massive delay in sending the i129f packet because the birth certificate has not arrived so was hoping when my OH signs all documents that he could handwrite the dates next to his signature. I understand that a couple of people have had RFEs for not dating their paperwork but wanted to know if this was acceptable?

You can fill the whole form out it hand I you wish too. but yes it's fine.

You can also use his passport to show proof of USC instead of the birth certificate.

Yes you can..i typed most of the stuff for our application and when i sent it to my fiance, i just told him to sign and date them using a pen. But make sure you use a regular black ink pen.
