Lol, we have a long way to go. I dont think it's time yet. it probably going to take three more months to hear any thing from them. we should sit tight. long way to go.

No.. According to USCIS requirements, a GC holder can file for spouse, unmarried child under 21 and unmarried son or daughter 21 or older.

it is only a US citizen who can file for parents.

But your parents can apply for tourist visa to visit but they can't stay permanently.
