Hello All,

I keep on checking this forum since i submitted i-130 and i-485 (concurrent).

I'm glad to share that i already receive an interview appointment for July 14.

Anybody who received theirs? Kinda anxious about the interview though...

Hi,

Mine was supposed to be July 14th but they canceled it after they let me know. I see you are Washington state also :)

Really? what's the reason why they cancelled?

They posted last June 8 my interview date, just waiting for the mail to arrive.

When did u file your AOS?

Hello ,

The reason, that I just got the letter today to let me know was " unforeseen circumstances " . I filled on March 4th.

Oh okay. geeez! hopefully they can re-schedule as soon as possible. I'm more anxious now, lol! i've waited for a while now, good thing i have my 2 1/2 months old baby girl that's why im not tempted to check my status from time to time.

My allowable stay has already been expired since April 29. The good thing is once married to a USC you're allowed to stay while waiting for the AOS.

I don't know if I really have posted it here since my last days have been pretty hectic!

I got a message on the 8th that my EAD was mailed (right after I had my job interview!)

And the 10th I got a message that my GC was mailed to me...

I guess they figured out how to print my name on my card and did them both the same week (approved 4th and 14th of may)

But since I have gotten my stamp last friday I am not that worried about it anymore. Trying to start my life here, sadly it's on hold again since my husband is on base a lot this month so it's hard for me to get around and do things!

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Proposed in Oktober 2014

12/2014 - File K1

12/2015 - Receive K1 (texas backlog drama, took a year!)

12/26/15 - P.O.E. Boston

01/20/16 - Marriage =)

(Day 000) 03/10/16 - Filed AOS (with EAD and AP)

(Day 001) 03/14/16 - Received EAD+AP

(Day 063) 05/16/16 - Approval AOS

Online changes really can take long, or short... it really depends it's so frustrating haha. You can always just call, and ask them to speak to a tier 2, they are busy so don't do it if you're not in a rush to know... but they can always give you a lot of information.
