Hey guys! Glad things are moving along for everyone finally!!

I know NVC has to say it will take up to 6 weeks for them to receive our case...I'm just wondering if it's actually taken anyone that long?? I'm hoping they receive ours sooner than that lol..

It doesn't always take 6 weeks. I believe if you call them 3 weeks after you receive your NOA2 then they usually have it :)

I hope everyone gets their notice soon! Congrats to everyone who has gotten their NOA2 and case numbers this week, there seems to be quite a few which is awesome.

So just a random question, because I'm putting together our interview papers (and I'm bored). What is everyone using to take their papers in for their interview? A binder, file folder, etc?

Sulking in disappointment. I can't help but write him a letter of dissatisfaction. I hope he won't mess up our case now. I did word it very nicely. I also said that I'd like to restore my faith in his company.

If only I can get a refund. I'm gonna be researching everything myself and double checking his work from now on!!!! GRRRR

hello guys,

We just got our hard copy of REF. We need help from each one has any idea or had the same REF.

Our REF is about requirement that petitioner and beneficiary have met in person:

we have to establish that petitioner and beneficiary met in person or have been in each other physical at any time during the last 2 years.

- Circumstances of meeting:

submit information regarding the circumstances under which you and beneficiary met to establish the relationship.

- International broker marriage:

Our evidence to prove we have met in person and ongoing relationship communication:

* We have submitted lots of pictures of us and beneficiary family in our trip in his home. * All tickets and boarding passes of our journey. * All receipts of hotels, care rent, the engagement ring. *additionally to our chi chat through what'sapp, skype, sms and log of calls.

Regarding of IMB point, we have already contacted the customer service and sent to us an email that it's not an international broker website additionally to that we are going to print out the terms and condition together.

we are just confused what else we could send to them to prove that we met in person after 2 trips together within less than 7 months.

your help guys, we appreciate it in advanced

I'd make a word document detailing first how you met online, at website x, with date, explaining is not an imb and adding their email reply and terms of condition.

Then would briefly explain how the relationship evolved from meeting online til meeting in person. At this point I'd add screenshots, Skype logs, messages, etc.

Then to explain when, where and how you met in person. In this part put the boarding passes, tickets, passport stamps,, credit card statements from both, pictures of you two together, etc. I'd label everything, writing in bold what it is. Ex: John smith (petitioner) and Jane doe (beneficiary) at the beach in Miami, Florida. 10/02/2015.

At this point you have almost to draw for them, making it super easy for them to understand you have met within the last 2 years. Also put as much documentation as possible, seeing as pictures are only secondary evidence.

Good luck.

What I have noticed is that people who hired lawyers to process their K1 took way longer to get approved then the one who did it themselves, do you think USCIS is against or does not like people who uses Lawyer?

They want both or one or the other? If they asked for both, that's odd.
