Why would anyone question this e-mail? I mean - it clearly states that permanent resident status has been registered and a card is on the way......

I'm not trying to be difficult here. All I'm saying is not everything with immigration is ravelled up in mystery. It's a notice of approval. It's a good thing. Don't doubt it.
