Melinda and I are finishing the paperwork to apply for her AOS. We can't wait to see an e mail like that.

Why would anyone question this e-mail? I mean - it clearly states that permanent resident status has been registered and a card is on the way......

I'm not trying to be difficult here. All I'm saying is not everything with immigration is ravelled up in mystery. It's a notice of approval. It's a good thing. Don't doubt it.

No doubt at all, rebeccajo. We only go through this AOS process once. Not a lot of experience with the emails. I questioned because I knew I'd get supportive replies from the VJ community!
