If you're military, I'd probably make sure the expedite request was done correctly. On top, maybe try calling in and make it known you're active military, maybe they'll push you thru quicker.

Yeah unfortunately I was late to the party for visa journey so I didn't call the military helpline until last week. Also, I thought that my lawyer would take care of it like he said he would since I sent him my orders and all back on 15 Feb but I called again today and they said that USCIS mailed me something two days ago. That being said if it's a request for the copy of my orders my lawyer is getting fired. When he stopped responding in a timely manner after I paid the retainer in NOVEMBER I should have known but you live and learn. Maybe someone will read this and not hire a lawyer. That's the way God works.

Day 56 here :(

I'm really hoping my case is part of a stack that's sitting on someone's desk who went on vacation and will be picked up soon

Same here!! Trying my level best to stay positive!! =/

Something wrong with my application also since I saw most approve cases are under 50 days. I'm in the 55 days and have not heard any thing from USCIS. Are any member in January fliers got the NOA2 after 50 days?? Not expected a REF but I think I will get one soon.

I guess it really depends on the country of the beneficiary from..unfortunate for me still waiting

Just was checking the app and got our NOA2!

With an RFE, it took about 72 days from NOA1 to NOA2 (and it was about 12 days between USCIS receiving our reply to the RFE and NOA2). I know that every case is unique, but I hope this info is helpful to some of you, and I hope none of you have to deal with an RFE- it is such a pain.

Good luck to those of you waiting!

Hello Everyone,

Was Approved Tuesday March 15, 2016 it took 49 days. I am relieved that there was no delays or RFE's I had a possible red flag with this petition but I called and spoke with a Tier 2 supervisor and she was very helpful as to what documents I should send with the package.

Now What? Will I get notifications with instructions? From USCIS?

Good Luck to everyone waiting but be positive.

Thanks everyone for all the helpful information

Dwight
