Well thats just the point the nvc say that its not needed and here everyone is saying that i need itand in the interviewletter its saying it the embassy is sending me to the nvc and the nvc says that i dont need it.

it confuses me but at least i have the 2015 stubs and the 2015 w2 i still need to wait for the rest like the aos and the 2014 and 2013 w2's

Its just not well written out!

It would be easier if the nvc write everything out on what to file where on forhand instead of piece by piece

I just spoke with NVC about this, I won't file my 2015 income tax until the very last day (April 17) she say that if u didn't file a 2015 tax return you don't have to bring a new 864 for interview, if you did file them you need to do a new 864 but only if u file for your 2015 tax return , she said that's a rule consulates will ask for the current year tax return after April 1st , since my interview date is February 18 I'm fine. Just to be save I wil bring my W2 for interview

I plan on doing the same. Glad someone else understands the same way I do. Good luck!

Recently I noticed some of the Vjs members asked if it's normal if the consul kept some photos or chat prints. Let me share my experience at the interview related to this issue

The interview went very smooth and perfect. We even made some jokes. And at the end the consul didn't say wether I am approved or not. He just told me to have a seat and I will be called again.

When I was called again, I was asked to go pay for the flyway bill. And I was given the original civilian papers only but they kept all the original we sent to the uscis (about 30 photos and 45 papers evidences of daily calls and 2 original police certificates) and they kept my passport.

After I paid and came back to give them the receipt, I asked if I am approved the answer was: God welling !!

After 9 days I received the visa in hand and didn't get any of those papers they kept.

My point is: as long as the interview went smooth and well, they kept the passport and not given the g221, don't worry even if they kept some of the photos or any other papers. Since your relationship is real and the evidences( photos and other chat prints ) are real, there's nothing to worry about.

I hope you all who have cc, will get interview very soon and who are waiting for the interview will be approved and you all be with your loved partners very soon and enjoy life together

Hi Medovet..

Mine was similar to yours... Had a great interview with the CO... He gave me back my civil papers and kept my Facebook chat print.

I wasn't given any 221g... I wasn't asked to pay for any Flyway bill either.

However, I was given a slip where I filled my name, address, phone number and Email before the interview.

So they sent your passport with the Visa to your address or they emailed you where you can pick it up?

Thanks
