The interview person didn't ask to many questions, didn't even looks to any of her pictures or any other paper that my girlfriend has, ahe just ask few questions and hand a letter with and told her ur visa is denied, not even an explanation, I calles the embassy this morning and I was told that the visa was denied because the consular officer wasn't sure the relationship was legit!!! Pure BS.

So now I am very sad, very mad and very frustrated.

I don't know what to do, getting married there looks way to hard and too long..

So any advice will be appreciated,

Thanks.

I don't know what to do, getting married there looks way to hard and too long..

Just getting married doesn't solve the problem that your relationship does not appear to be legitimate.

Pure BS.

Exactly what evidence did you submit to support your claim?

The Embassy CO is highly trained and seems that their conclusion was suspected prior to the interview and maybe confirmed during.

You need to submit evidence that your relationship is not for visa fraud purposes, or anything else other than you two living together forever in the US.

You need to submit evidence that your relationship followed the "normal" evolution process that the majority of relationships undergo....there is the getting to know you stage, then more intimate conversations, then the meeting in person, then talk about life together, then the visa process, then moving to the US and then to continued life in the US.

I'd venture to say your evidences didn't show much of these stages.

I suggest to everyone, purposefully generate all kinds of evidences, that show these various stages. If you don't have them, for hard Embassies, you can get denied.

Front loading your petition is good advice.

We sent photos from two visits, hotel receipts showing both of our names, over one year of Skype monthly telephone call logs showing about one hour per day of talk time, Western Union receipts for money transfers, USPS Customs forms documenting many packages sent, snail mail envelopes going both ways with postmarks. In addition, I was in Moscow for Olga's interview - this was my third visit to be with her in 15 months. This was all in addition to the letters of intent to marry, and all of the other required information.

If you think about what documentation would be required to convince a 'reasonable' person, and then double it, you will be OK.

Good luck.

My advice is, if it is possible, marry her, move to Cuba for 6 months and then you can apply for a CR visa directly at the embassy, and it will be done super quickly, around 60 days. Good luck.

No because Cuba does not offer DCF, the petitioner would need to follow the standard CR1 application process

The K3 is no longer a viable option, NVC administratively closes it and you would follow the CR1 path.

Every great once in a while one slips through but not worth the effort.
