Issued! The interview was on December 2nd, on the 5th SEAC status changed to Administrative Processing and today, on the 7th it says Issued. Now it's carved in stone finally and I am out of any doubt

I did do a lot of front loading. I even sent them a 25 page child art style book I made (which I let the kids color) that explained our whole story with pictures instead of words.

My wife, the petitioner, emailed the NVC requesting expedite which was approved.

We didn't send to the embassy requesting the expedite !

But we requested an appointment from the embassy

Those friends who got intrview schedule,is there any change in your ceac sammary pages ?

My cc date is 17Nov. I have not get intervew date yet and checking my case shows "At NVC"

Hi Elliotrick23,

Every country's embassy has different timeframes for cc to schedule interview...Look on the beginning of the thread on page 1, dwheelz 76 has cc to interview spreadsheet. Go thrre and look through to see how long people in your country are taking to be processed. If you see a lot of ppl from your country on the spread with cc after you... getting interview datez then you can expect yours around then. If not...might be just a little wait. My cc was oct 19 and I called last night and no interview. But no one above me has dates yet..so its within normal processing time for tnat embassy.

hey mine cc is 27th oct and still waiting for interview date and my ceac status never change

It will say "at nvc" until nvc sends your case to your country's embassy which they will not do until you are scheduled for an interview. When it is on the way to the embassy it will say "In Transit". And then change to "Ready" when it is at the embassy. So hang tight it will not change because it is indeed still at nvc. Hey everyone!!! I had my interview today and I was APPROVED!! Yayyy :D I'm so happy and so relieved that this is over now!

Promise I will get back with details about the interview, tomorrow. I'm exhausted right now and just want to sleep lol.

Hope all of you had a wonderful christmas :)

I have a question...I am preparing the P4 package and I basically have everything the Embassy in Frankurt requested but I am not sure if I should send my passport or just a copy of it.

And I have to send them two passport style pictures, right?

I was also wondering if I have to put all the documents in a binder or is that not necessary?

And last but not least...do I have to send it via regular mail or with signature confirmation?

Quick question: We received an email from the Manila embassy regarding our upcoming IR1 (immigrant) interview. In the email, it said to register our visa delivery address or else our visa will get delayed. However, the link below seems to broken:
