I am filing from the US for my husband. Noa1 was 11/4

I know I'm not the only one but it's frustrating

Yes, my husband is also filing from the US, however I'm in Norway. Sometimes people are already in the US for different reasons when their spouse file for them. I think those cases are prioritized..again, I do not know for sure.

It is indeed frustrating, but not much we can do, but wait. That's why so many of us call it "the waiting game".

Hello everyone, My husband sent the I-130 November 2,2015 to phoenix ARIZONA... was received 4th of November.. and we got our NOA1 hard copy November 12,2015. in the hard copy noticed it says our package is being sent to TEXAS SERVICE CENTER,... but in the USCIS tracker website i checked it AND only says that ":

On November 4, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number SRC1690042750, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 4, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

NOW MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT??? MY HUSBAND IS PLANNING TO EXPEDITE OUR CASE FOR HUMANITARIAN REASONS, BECAUSE I LIVED IN A PROVINCE CALLED "LEYTE" HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES WHERE SUPERTYPHOON HITS US NOVEMBER OF 2013, ,,, AFTER SUPERTYPHOON OUR PLACE IS LOCATED IN THE PACIFIC RING OF FIRE WHICH ALWAYS HAVE ATLEAST 22-29 TYPHOONS A YEAR, AND ITS HARD FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND TO COMMUNICATE WHEN WE HAVE TYPHOONS AND HE GETS WORRIED AFTER THOUSANDS OF FILIPINOS DIED 2 YEARS AGO CUZ OF SUPERTYPHOON,.. EVEN AFTER NOW WE STILL EXPERIENCE TYPHOONS HERE,,,,WELL THIS BE A GOOD REASON TO EXPEDITE OUR CASE?????

do you have any progress now about your case?have you been expited?

goodluck

Hi everyone

on 9 March 2015, we received the approval notice from uscis my PD is 4November 2015.

My husband told me that NVC call him yesterday they ask him for his income and they told him that he has to get an insurance for me ??? ?

The problem is when we verify the W2 his gross pay is about 19.896 per year !!!!!!!

And the minimum requirement is 20.025 in the property ...!!!

So that means my husband can't sponsor me alone , he start working another job but just in his free time can he put this also to complete his income in the paper or not ???:?? Please I need help

Thanks in advance

My noa1 was for November 4th and I still have yet to receive noa2.... :(

From the timeline search, it looks like less than half of Nov I-130 NSC filers have received their NOA2, with the median average by beneficiary's country being around 120-130 days. Nov 16th NOA1 here with no NOA2 yet either. Keep those fingers crossed, candles lit, rabbit's feet handy and anything else you can think of to bring good luck/blessings =)

Our petition was not expedited. We were just fortunate that it took a little over 4 months for approval. Our petition was just sent to the NVC yesterday, nearly 2 weeks after the approval. If you filed around the same time we did and haven't received your approval yet, just hang tight. It's coming soon - :dancing:

How did you find out the sent it to NVC yesterday?

I wonder cause mine was approved last month on the 29th and I figured they sent it right around that time... Now I don't know cause I didn't get any notification saying they sent it out

I don't understand why they keep saying September when they're practically done with October filers. I'm just hoping that we all get approved tops April. You should get approved soon I'm all the way on November 24 :( that might take longer..
