    Hello, I wanted to seek any input from any members here. So I petitioned i-130 for my husband November 1st 2022. He is in Ghana. I hear the processing Time can be up to 2 years. I am reaching the age of 40 and have not had any children due to fertility problems. My physician says I can get egg retrieval up to 41 years of age and I am running out of time to see if I can have a successful pregnancy thru ivf treatment and my husband is not here. Could I use this as a reason to expedite his process?

    You got married to your spouse on first visit? I was wondering when did you submit to start petition, did you have more in person visits after marriage?
